Co-Axial Agitator

Co-Axial Agitators, often referred to as Twin-Shaft Dispersers (TSD) in industries like paint and ink, integrate low-speed and high-speed mixing technologies on a single axis. These agitators feature a slow-speed peripheral anchor with a scraper impeller for effective heat transfer and wall cleaning, paired with a high-speed saw-tooth or cowl disc impeller for solids dispersion. Equipped with independent drive and control systems for speed and direction, Co-Axial Agitators ensure precise mixing in pre-mix tanks and other applications requiring efficient heat transfer and dispersion in viscous materials.

Top Entry Agitator

Top Entry Agitators are widely used across various industries and are a preferred choice for batch, continuous, and semi-continuous stirred tank applications. These agitators consist of a motor-driven gear reducer to deliver the required torque. The shaft, connecting the motor to the vessel, incorporates advanced sealing arrangements suited to the type of fluid and desired safety levels. Side Entry Agitator

Side Entry Agitators are designed for efficient liquid homogenization in large-volume tanks. Installed at an angle on the lower sidewall of the tank, these agitators create a circular radial flow to ensure complete product homogenization. The off-centre installation eliminates the need for tank baffles, reducing vessel costs. Side Entry Agitators are suitable for applications like maintaining homogeneity, blending, heat transfer, and crude oil processing. They provide a cost-effective solution for large tanks with easy installation and reliable performance.

Bottom Entry Agitator

Bottom Entry Agitators are engineered for demanding applications in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. These mixers are ideal for medium-duty tasks like dairy and juice storage as well as heavy-duty operations such as blending highly viscous fluids or processing in pressurized reactors. Designed to handle tank volumes up to 100 m³ and viscosities exceeding 100,000 CP, they perform under operating conditions of up to 250°C and 100 bar g pressure. Bottom Entry Agitators ensure efficient blending and long-lasting performance, even in high-stress environments.
